Welcome to Vault Play. These terms of use (the "Agreement" or "Terms")
govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by
Geixin Inc., the entity operating Vault Play ("Vault Play," "we," "us,"
or "our"). These Services include websites, mobile applications,
progressive web applications, content, features, digital events,
referral programs, promotions, and any related products we create or
operate (collectively, the "Services").
If any part of this Agreement conflicts with applicable laws or
regulations in your jurisdiction, the relevant laws and regulations of
your jurisdiction will take precedence. Vault Play is committed to
complying with all legal requirements and obligations applicable where
you reside.
The terms "personal data" and "personal information" refer to any
information that directly or indirectly identifies you as an individual
user ("User" or "you") who uses or accesses the Services.
By entering into and accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that your
personal information will be handled in accordance with the Vault Play
Privacy Policy, and you agree to follow the Community Guidelines. If you
do not agree to these Terms and the related disclosures, you may not
access or use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. This Agreement remains in full force and effect while you use the
Services or maintain a Vault Play account (the "Term"), unless
terminated earlier as described below.
1.2. To access the Services, you must sign up and create an account.
When creating an account, you must provide a valid email address, mobile
phone number, or use login details from a third-party service (such as
Google or Facebook). You must also agree to these Terms and acknowledge
the Privacy Policy. Eligibility for an account is subject to the
following representations and warranties:
- (i) all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and will be
kept up to date;
- (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- (iv) you are a human being (not a bot, script, or automated system)
and are not using the Services for fraudulent purposes; and
- (v) to the best of your knowledge, the Services are available in your
country and your use of them does not violate any applicable law or
regulation.
1.3. These Terms are available on Vault Play’s website and within its
applications. After accepting the Terms, you may download or print a
copy for your records.
2. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
2.1. Vault Play offers Coins that can be redeemed for rewards when you
discover, test, play, and engage with the games and applications
recommended through our Services. We are constantly improving and
updating our Services, and we may add or remove features at any time.
Any new features added to the Services will automatically become subject
to these Terms.
2.2. Due to technical, regulatory, and other limitations, we cannot
guarantee that all Services will be available at all times, in all
locations, or to all users. Content and features may vary depending on
your location and user profile.
2.3. You may not use any technology or method (such as a VPN) to hide or
misrepresent your actual location. We use various technologies to secure
our platform, detect and prevent fraud, verify your geographic location,
restrict access from unauthorized regions, and enforce these Terms.
2.4. You may not use the Services if:
- (i) you are located in a country subject to embargo by the United
States or other similar authority (a "Sanctioned Country"); or
- (ii) you are subject to sanctions or appear on any list of prohibited
or restricted parties, including but not limited to those maintained by
the United Nations Security Council, the U.S. government (such as the
Specially Designated Nationals List or the Foreign Sanctions Evaders
List), the European Union, or other applicable government authorities.
Any violation of this section may result in loss of features,
termination of your account, and forfeiture of all accumulated Coins.
You agree to indemnify Vault Play for any costs, fines, or damages
incurred as a result of your failure to comply with this section.
2.5. Vault Play is not liable for any delay or failure to perform under
this Agreement caused by events genuinely beyond our reasonable control,
including acts of God, war, government mandates, pandemics, or failures
in transportation or communication networks.
2.6. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vault Play
reserves the right to withdraw, update, or modify the Services at any
time and without prior notice. We will not be liable if any part of the
Services becomes unavailable for any reason or period. From time to
time, we may restrict or terminate access to all or part of the Services
for any user. Content available through the Services may occasionally
become outdated, and we are under no obligation to update it.
3. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
3.1. We may update and change this Agreement at any time. The most
current version will always be available at the designated URL. If we
make material changes, and where required by applicable law, we will
provide you with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to review
the changes before they take effect. Exceptions may apply when we launch
a new product or feature, or in urgent situations such as preventing
ongoing abuse or responding to legal requirements.
3.2. All changes become effective immediately upon posting and apply to
all subsequent access and use of the Services. Your continued use of the
Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We
may occasionally ask you to affirmatively accept updates. If you do not
agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services, close your
account, and delete the Vault Play app from your device.
4. USE OF THE SERVICES
4.1. Unless expressly authorized by Vault Play, you may not:
- (i) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services;
- (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code or
underlying data of the Services, except for your own personal account
information;
- (iii) use unauthorized modified versions of the Services, including
for the purpose of building a similar or competitive product, or to gain
unauthorized access; or
- (iv) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
from the Services.
4.2. As part of the Services, Vault Play may promote and advertise games
developed by third-party Game Partners ("Games"). We do not control or
assume responsibility for the operation, content, or features of those
Games.
4.3. The privacy practices and terms of use that govern your access to
and use of any Game are solely between you and the applicable Game
Partner. It is your responsibility to read and comply with all terms and
policies set by those third parties.
4.4. Our promotion of Games does not constitute an endorsement or
approval of any content or material within those Games. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your use
of any Game, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
4.5. Any modifications, extensions, scripts, or derivative works of the
Services created or provided by Vault Play remain the exclusive property
of Vault Play or its licensors. If you provide feedback, suggestions,
creative ideas, improvements, or comments regarding the Services or the
Games promoted within them (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant Vault
Play a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use,
integrate, reproduce, analyze, combine, aggregate, distribute, sell,
monetize, transform, create derivatives of, and publicly display that
Feedback without any obligation of compensation or attribution. You are
not required to provide Feedback, and we are not obligated to keep it
confidential.
4.6. The Services include community features such as referral programs
and leaderboards, which may change over time. When using these features,
you represent and warrant that any content, username, or information you
provide complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove or
disable any content or username that we reasonably consider illegal,
profane, obscene, offensive, or in violation of our policies.
5. REWARDS
5.1. You earn Coins and Gems by completing certain activities, such as
playing games accessed through Vault Play for specified durations
("Playtime Tasks"), reaching gameplay milestones, completing surveys,
tutorials, referring friends, making in-game purchases, or participating
in virtual events. You may also receive Coins upon first accessing the
Services or through various features, events, and promotions. Playtime
Tasks are typically divided into stages, each with a specific reward
amount. In the wallet section of the Services, Gems may be exchanged for
Coins, and Coins may be redeemed for Rewards. Your ability to accumulate
Coins or Gems depends on our ability to receive gameplay data from Game
Partners and to track your playtime through device permissions.
5.2. Coins can be redeemed for Rewards available in the wallet section.
The available Rewards—such as gift cards, prepaid cash cards, PayPal
payments, content codes, game currency, coupons, or other offers—may
vary based on your user level, region, and other criteria. The value of
Coins is applied against the pre-tax purchase amount for each Reward.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, shipping, and handling charges
associated with accepting and using a Reward.
5.3. Specific requirements for earning Coins and Gems are displayed
within the Services. Restrictions may apply, including limits on
participation frequency, maximum Coins or Gems per activity,
availability of certain tasks or promotions, and the number of Coins
required to redeem specific Rewards. Some earning opportunities depend
on our receipt of gameplay data from Game Partners, such as in-game
purchases.
5.4. You may redeem Coins for Rewards with an aggregate value of no more
than $550 USD (or local currency equivalent) per calendar year. We may
impose limits on Coin accumulation to comply with legal or business
obligations. Coins may expire if inactive. If you do not earn any Coins
within a 180-day period, your Coins will expire and become unavailable
for redemption. Where required by law, we will provide at least thirty
days’ notice before expiring Coins in an active account.
5.5. To redeem Coins, visit the wallet page to view your available
balance and select from the Rewards offered based on your participation
and in-game vitality. For certain Rewards, you must provide payment
details (such as bank information, email address, or username).
Higher-value Rewards may be restricted to users who have reached
specific levels. User levels and vitality calculations are determined
internally to encourage consistent and diverse engagement. We reserve
the right to modify Reward denominations, discount rates, level
requirements, and the underlying mechanics of the rewards program at any
time. For current redemption policies, refer to the applicable policy
within the app. Vault Play is not a party to any transaction between you
and a Game Partner or any third-party merchant.
5.6. We are not responsible for any failure by Game Partners or
third-party merchants to fulfill their obligations. If you experience
issues with a Game—including content, ads, purchases, or
communications—you must contact the Game Partner directly. Vault Play is
not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party Reward provider, and
we are not liable for lost, stolen, or malfunctioning Rewards except
where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You should
carefully review any terms or policies that apply to Rewards, as they
are separate from this Agreement and your relationship with Vault Play.
5.7. We may change, suspend, or cancel any part of the rewards program
or Services at any time, and we may conduct tests or experiments to
evaluate different reward structures, incentives, and features. This may
include varying the type, frequency, and value of Coins, promotions, and
Rewards. Additional rules may apply to specific earning or redemption
opportunities.
6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND USE OF COOKIES
6.1. You acknowledge that Vault Play collects, stores, and uses personal
information as a data controller in connection with the Services. Please
refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. You authorize Vault Play
to access other applications on your device to prevent fraud, launch
certain games, and improve game recommendations. For Playtime Tasks,
your explicit authorization is required to access and record app usage
time. This permission is essential for tracking playtime and calculating
corresponding Coin rewards. If you decline, the Playtime feature will
not function, and you will not earn Coins through it. Collected data is
used only for reward calculation. You may revoke this permission through
your device settings at any time, though doing so may affect the proper
functioning of the Playtime feature.
6.2. To prevent fraudulent account registration and reward redemption,
we may require you to provide a video selfie or mobile phone number for
verification. Users who do not complete verification may be unable to
register or redeem Rewards. This information is used solely to confirm
you are a real individual and does not involve facial recognition or
biometric identification. Such data is processed exclusively by
third-party service providers. Vault Play does not directly collect or
process this information and ensures that our partners comply with
applicable data protection laws.
7. RULES OF CONDUCT
7.1. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.
The following restrictions apply:
- Creating multiple accounts unless explicitly permitted by Vault Play
for certain features.
- prring or selling your account to a third party.
- powing others to use your account on your behalf.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to hide your location or traffic
source.
- Using bots, auto-clickers, auto-scrolling programs, emulators, or any
software that falsifies device input or simulates user activity.
- Using software to modify games or unlock paid content without
authorization.
- Distributing harmful code (e.g., viruses) through or into the
Services.
- Using a rooted device (rooted devices are not supported and may be
blocked).
- pssing the Services from a Sanctioned Country.
- Choosing a username, persona, or bio that impersonates another person
or is vulgar, offensive, or infringes others’ rights.
- Disrupting or interfering with another user’s enjoyment of the
Services.
- Engaging in fraudulent gameplay, synthetic activity, or insincere
in-game purchases.
- Violating any applicable law, including those related to privacy,
electronic communications, or anti-spam.
7.2. If we reasonably believe you have violated these Rules of Conduct,
you will be in material breach of this Agreement. We will investigate
and may take action including removing Coins, suspending access to your
account or Rewards, or permanently blocking your account or device. We
will provide notice where required by law and will consider in good
faith any information you provide to demonstrate compliance. For

8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
8.1. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the
Vault Play app or discontinuing use of any web-based products.
8.2. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your account if:
- (i) required to comply with a legal requirement or court order;
- (ii) we reasonably believe your conduct creates liability or harm to
Vault Play, its affiliates, or any third party;
If we cease providing the Services, we will notify you by email and, if
practicable, provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice to allow
redemption of any Coins (subject to minimum redemption requirements). If
you do not redeem within that period, your Coins and Gems will expire.
If you cancel your account, any existing Coins and Gems will expire
immediately.
8.3. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for eighteen
(18) consecutive months. An account is considered inactive if no Coins
have been earned or redeemed and there has been no access to the
Services during that period. Any Coins in an inactive account will be
void, subject to notice where required by law.
8.4. After termination, you will no longer be able to access the
Services or participate again without our express permission. Any
gameplay data, virtual items, accumulated Coins, or balances may no
longer be available. Termination does not limit our right to pursue
other remedies. You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation
for unused Coins upon account closure.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. The Services contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other
proprietary information protected by intellectual property laws. All
elements of the Services—including text, images, domain names, logos,
audio and video files, software, photos, technology, and graphic
design—are protected.
9.2. Vault Play owns all copyright in the selection, coordination,
arrangement, and enhancement of content, as well as in content original
to us. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the
transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or exploit any
content, in whole or in part, without our permission.
9.3. Except as permitted by applicable law, no copying, reproduction,
modification, public communication, distribution, or commercial use of
downloaded material is allowed without our express permission and, where
applicable, the permission of the copyright owner. Any permitted use
must retain all author attribution, trademark, and copyright notices.
10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY
10.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS,
WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAULT PLAY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
TITLE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY
THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED,
ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THEY WILL ACHIEVE ANY
RESULT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING SECURITY MEASURES
SUFFICIENT TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
10.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAULT PLAY AND ITS
AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE,
DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE
SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO
EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE
AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vault Play and its
affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims,
damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable
attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services,
your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a
third party.
11. ADDITIONAL NOTES
Vault Play is not affiliated with Google. Our app supports withdrawals.
Users can earn real-money coins by completing tasks and other
activities. Once accumulated, withdrawals may be requested. Withdrawal
reviews typically take 3 to 7 days, so please be patient. Users with
abnormal behavior or account issues may face coin deductions, withdrawal
failures, or account suspension. Upon successful review, we will process
the payment. The minimum withdrawal amount is $1 via PayPal.
