mobile and web applications, content, features, digital events, referral
programs, promotions, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By

Important: This Policy does not apply to third-party games accessed
through our Services. Those games are operated by independent Game
Partners, and their handling of your data is governed by their own

playing any third-party game and before exercising any rights under
them.
Depending on applicable privacy laws, device-level data (such as device
ID or IP address) may be considered personal data because it can
identify a natural person when combined with other information. We
process such data in compliance with applicable laws to safeguard your

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we
will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the Services,
email, or other appropriate means. For significant changes, we will
obtain your explicit consent if required by law. Please check this page
regularly. If you do not agree with the current Policy, please

Vault Play acts as an independent data controller (as defined under
applicable law) with respect to the collection, processing, and use of
personal data described in this Policy. This means Vault Play determines
the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

- Security & Integrity Data
We collect Android ID, SIM card status, VPN usage, and similar technical
indicators. This helps us prevent abuse of the reward system. We respect
your privacy and provide a way for you to delete your data at any time.
- Personal Identifiers
Your name, age, phone number, password, and email address when you
create a Vault Play account, as well as information from third-party
sign‑in services (e.g., Facebook, Google) if you choose to connect them.
- Activity Data
Records of your interactions within Vault Play, such as game
installations, time spent playing, participation in surveys, contests,
tasks, and promotional events.
- Device Information
Device model, operating system, advertising identifiers, Android ID,
other device IDs, IP address, and approximate or precise location.
- Application Data
Information about the apps installed on your device.
- External Storage Data
Photos, videos, or voice/sound recordings—only accessed after you grant
permission, for example when you submit a request through the Help
Center.
- Usage Data
Session ID, access frequency and duration, active user intervals, in‑app
events, task completions, crash logs, and the country from which you
access the Services.
- Gameplay Data
Information related to games you engage with through our Service,
including playtime, in‑game purchases, advertising interactions, clicks,
impressions, virtual item usage, achievements, and bug reports. By using
the Services, you permit Vault Play to collect such data from our Game
Partners.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery & Improvement
To provide, monitor, and enhance our Services; offer customer support;
respond to requests and feedback; troubleshoot technical issues; and
communicate with you. This includes tracking app installations to award
points, delivering rewards, enabling gift card redemption, and
fulfilling billing and accounting obligations.
- Personalized Ads & Promotions
To tailor advertisements for games and features within Vault Play and to
recommend content that may interest you.
- Community Building & Marketing
To promote Vault Play on third‑party platforms (including Facebook and
TikTok) and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
- Product Development
To develop new features, products, and services, and to update existing
ones.
- Analytics & Reporting
To generate aggregated or anonymized reports and insights about our
business and user base.
- Machine Learning
To train models that enhance personalization and user experience, as

Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal

- Performance of a contract – to operate the Vault Play rewards program
and provide customer support.

ensure security, enforce our Terms, conduct business analysis, and
develop new offerings.
3. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

control. In the event of a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition, we
may share information with counterparties as necessary to complete the

- Law Enforcement & Regulatory Authorities

as hosting, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing

- Advertising Platforms & Networks
We share device identifiers, IP addresses, and event data with
advertising partners (e.g., Google) to manage, target, and measure our
ads. These partners use the information for optimization, reporting, and
to prevent showing ads to existing users.
- Analytics Providers
We work with analytics partners (such as Appsflyer) to understand user
behavior, measure campaign performance, and improve our Services.
- Game Partners
To enable the loyalty program and reward you for engagement, we allow
Game Partners and their analytics providers to collect certain data
about your game installs, purchases, and activity. This data is used for
attribution, billing, and personalization. When you install a game
through Vault Play, you direct us to share your gameplay data with the
respective Game Partner.
4. STORAGE, TRANSFER, AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

for cross‑border data transfers in accordance with applicable data

We maintain robust administrative, technical, and physical security

alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a data breach

without undue delay as required by law.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

withdrawing consent may affect your access to certain features,
including the rewards program.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the link in the
email or adjust push notification settings on your device.
Service‑related messages will continue.
- Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to data collection and processing at any

Withdrawal may impact your ability to use certain Services.
- Erase Your Data / Delete Your Account
You may request deletion of your account. Any unredeemed rewards will be
lost upon deletion. We may retain data as required by law.
- Object to Processing or Tracking Technologies
You may object to specific processing activities. If you object to
processing necessary for the rewards program, we may no longer be able
to offer those features. You may instead subscribe to our game discovery
newsletter.
- Opt‑out of Sharing with Advertisers
You may request that we stop sharing your device ID or advertising ID
with advertisers for marketing optimization. We will honor such requests
where required by law.
- Opt‑out of Targeted Advertising & Personalization
Vault Play uses your gameplay data and preferences to provide
personalized game recommendations and promotions. If you opt out of
targeted advertising, you will no longer be able to participate in the
loyalty rewards program. You may contact customer service to close your
account if you wish to continue using discovery features without
personalization.
6. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
6.1 Children’s Privacy
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not
knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have
inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us.
6.2 Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the
purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and
resolve disputes. If your account is inactive for 180 days, it may be
terminated and your personal data deleted. You may also request deletion
at any time. After deletion, we may continue to use de‑identified data
without attempting to re‑identify you.
6.3 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our Game Partners use tracking links, mobile measurement tools
(e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust), and SDKs to enhance security, attribute game
installs, and understand user preferences. These technologies enable us
to verify completed tasks, calculate rewards, and detect fraud. Without
them, we cannot provide the loyalty program.
You may manage cookies through your browser settings or reset device
identifiers via your mobile device settings. Where required, we will
obtain your consent before using certain tracking technologies.

8. ADDITIONAL NOTES
Vault Play is not affiliated with Google. The app allows you to earn
real‑money coins by completing tasks and other activities. Once you have
accumulated sufficient coins, you may request a withdrawal. Withdrawal
reviews typically take 3–7 days. Minimum withdrawal amount is $1 via
PayPal. Abusive behavior or account irregularities may result in coin
deductions, withdrawal failure, or account suspension.
- Service Providers: We have agreements with various service providers
to facilitate delivery of our Services, which include those we engage to
operate the technical infrastructure needed to provide the Services,
assist in providing you rewards and protecting and securing our systems
and Services, and to help market Vault Play Services.
- Advertising Platforms and Networks: We partner with certain providers,
including but not limited to Google, to display, target, and suppress
Vault Play advertisements on their or their partner sites (such as
advertisements within games and other mobile apps). Such providers may
conduct analytics in relation to advertisements and to manage our
advertising on other sites. Personal information we disclose to these
providers include device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising
Identifier), IP addresses, time/event data for certain actions (such as
new game installation or in-game purchase made or gameplay time
milestone achieved). These providers use this information for marketing
optimization, reporting, and analysis, and to prevent display of Vault
Play advertisements to you and existing users, retarget inactive users,
and reach new potentially interested users.
- Administrative Service Providers: Our administrative service
providers, acting as data processors, may receive and process your
personal information to support the Services, including to administer
testing, process support requests, detect and prevent fraudulent
activity, provide communications (such as email and push notifications),
subject to applicable law.
- Analytics Service Providers: We work with analytics service providers
that act as data processors to help us analyze and understand the
personal data about you and develop trends, patterns and insights to
personalize your experience with Vault Play, curate your game selection,
improve our Services, optimize sales and advertising, and create new
products. These analytics providers, such as Appsflyer, also measure,
verify, and analyze performance of our marketing campaigns.
- Game Partners: The main purpose of the Vault Play loyalty program is
to promote and advertise the games of our Game Partners on the Vault
Play platform. In order to enable the loyalty program and reward you for
your engagement:
- (a) we must allow tracking and collection of certain personal data by
applicable Game Partners and their analytics providers, such as your
game installs or survey answers, for purposes of reporting, attribution,
and billing of the Game Partners;
- (b) you direct Vault Play to collect Gameplay Data from Game Partners,
including your in-game purchases and advertising views, in order for
Vault Play to reward you, provide you with personalized content, market
new games of interest to you, develop our AI and algorithms for
predictive modeling, grow our business and community of users, and for
development of new products, features, and services.
- If you choose to access or install a game recommended through our
Services, you acknowledge that the Game Partner and its analytics
partner will collect your personal data from Vault Play.
4. HOW WE STORE, TRANSFER AND SECURE PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
As a global organization, we may transfer and process your personal data
in multiple countries or regions. We are committed to ensuring that your
personal data is adequately protected during cross-border transfers in
accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer
Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), etc.
To achieve this, we may take measures such as transferring data only to
countries or regions recognized as providing an adequate level of
protection; entering into data protection agreements based on the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); or
implementing other necessary technical and organizational safeguards.

- Right to Opt Out of Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe by
clicking the link in our marketing emails or adjusting your device
settings for push notifications. Service-related messages will still be
sent. Opting out may affect your Services usage.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for data
collection and processing at any time by contacting us via sending a
written request to info@vaultplay.com. We will cease processing your
data promptly upon revocation, which may impact your Services access.
- Right to Erase Your Personal Data or Delete Your Account: Deleting
your account will also remove unredeemed rewards. We will seek
confirmation before deletion and may retain data as required by law.
- Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data or Tracking
Technologies: We will review and remove data processed for objected
purposes unless another legal basis exists or the law requires
retention. Objecting may affect your participation in the Vault Play
rewards program and Services. Please note that certain processing of
personal data is necessary for Vault Play to provide you with the
Services, including personalized game ads and the reward program. Thus,
if you object to some of them, we may not be able to provide you with
such Services.
- Right to Opt Out of Sharing Your Data with Advertisers of Vault Play’s
Services: We provide your personal data, such as your device ID or
Google advertising ID, to our advertisers in order to optimize our
marketing of Vault Play services and prevent you from receiving Vault
Play advertisements when you have already installed the Vault Play app.
Depending on the jurisdiction, if you do not consent to this data
sharing or if Vault Play receives an opt-out request from you, we will
take steps to block sharing of your data for these purposes.
- Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising and Content Personalization:
In order for Vault Play to supply you with the rewards program where you
can earn rewards towards redemption of a variety of gift cards, Vault
Play must be able to provide you with personalized content, including
in-app promotions and a curated mixlist of games that Vault Play is
advertising to you on behalf of the Game Partners. The Vault Play
platform provides you with personalized game recommendations based on a
number of factors, including game availability in your jurisdiction,
your Gameplay Data, and game preferences you may provide in user
surveys. If you wish to opt out of targeted advertising and content
personalization in the Vault Play app or you do not provide consent to
such processing, then Vault Play will not be able to provide you with
the rewards program. If you wish to continue to receive Vault Play game
discovery services without targeted advertising and rewards, contact
customer service in order to close your Vault Play app account.
6. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
6.1 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
In accordance with the Terms, you may not use the Service if you are
under 18 years old. Vault Play is committed to complying with laws
protecting children, within the meaning of applicable law. If you
believe we might have any information from or about a child, please
contact us.
6.2 DATA RETENTION
Vault Play will retain your personal data only for the duration mandated
by law, while you continue to use our Services, or until it serves the
original purpose of collection. Account balances and earned rewards must
be retained post-termination to facilitate processes like billing and
tax reporting. If you cease interaction with our Services for 6 months,
we will delete your personal information after we remove your inactive
account.
Please be aware that if you remain inactive for at least 180 days, your
account may be terminated, and any unredeemed rewards may expire,
leading to the deletion of personal data.
You have the option to request the deletion of your Vault Play Account.
However, doing so will result in the loss of any unredeemed rewards. If
Vault Play decides to retain or utilize de-identified information, as
allowed by law, we will continue to do so without attempting to
re-identify you. For the removal of personal data held by Game Partners,
please follow the instructions provided in their privacy policy
independently.
6.3 COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Like many mobile applications, we and our Game Partners utilize various
technologies, such as tracking links (embedded URLs), mobile measurement
tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular), and integrated software
development kits (SDKs) to enhance and secure our Services. These
technologies help us attribute and process payments for our Game
Partners, gain insights into your preferences, track your activity, and
gather information about your device and usage patterns, allowing us to
personalize our Services to better suit your interests.
We also use these technologies to collect data when you install games
discovered through Vault Play, make in-game purchases, view in-game ads,
or interact with Vault Play ads on other digital media platforms. Our
Game Partners may employ their own mobile measurement services to gather
information when you download games linked through Vault Play. These
tracking mechanisms and the collection of gameplay data allow us to
verify completed tasks, calculate rewards, and detect potential fraud,
which are essential for the operation of the Vault Play rewards program.
Without accepting these tracking technologies, we may not be able to
provide our Services to you.
Some web browsers offer options to manage or reject cookies or to notify
you when a cookie is being placed on your device. The method for
managing cookies varies by browser, and you can refer to the help menu
in your specific browser for more detailed instructions. Additionally,
you may have the option to reset device identifiers or opt-out of data

Depending on your location, we may require your consent before placing

Withdrawal review takes 3–7 days, so please be patient. Users with
abnormal behavior or account issues will be subject to reward
deductions, withdrawal failures, or account suspension. Upon successful
review, we will process the payout. The minimum withdrawal amount is $1
via PayPal.
